While sailing, the crew will prepare appetisers , including pizza or focaccia with prosecco. Simple but refined, the cuisine stays true to local seafaring traditions, with dishes made from freshly caught fish. The morning aperitif with prosecco, wines and non-alcoholic cocktails is accompanied by snacks prepared on the spot.
Lunch will be prepared on board, from the appetisers to dessert, and will include seafood appetisers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, fruit, dessert, water, wine and coffee.
